Mountain Rooms & Chalets in Val d'Isere has catered and self-catered accommodation in apartments and chalets - rentals for the season, weekly or shorter stays.


>	On Arrival
	On arrival in Val d'Isere please come to the Mountain Rooms & Chalets office to collect your keys and pay your damage deposit. We are located in The 4 Property/Mountain Hub office (see map below). You will see a large 4 Property sign on the wall outside the office. We will then direct you to your property. If you are going to a 'Scatered' chalet, please also check in at the office and we will direct you to your property.



>	Office Opening Times
	8.30 am - 8pm Saturdays 8.30 am - midday & 3.30 pm - 8pm all other days of the week.

>	Check-In Time
	We endeavour to clean and change over properties as early in the day as possible so that arrivals can move in to their property immediately. However, there must be a benchmark, which is the standard 4 pm check-in time. Bear with us! We reserve the right to restrict access to your property until 4 pm if necessary.

>	After Office Hours
	If you think you will arrive after 8 pm, please ensure Reservations know this prior to your arrival. We have an agreement with Dicks Tea Bar where an envelope with full instructions, keys and emergency numbers are left for your collection. You simply enter the club and give the staff at the bar inside the main door on the left your name. They will then hand your envelope to you. The bar is open until 3.30 am. Dicks Tea Bar is a nightclub and it does get busy so please bear this in mind when you go to collect your keys. If there is a queue, please let a member of staff know you are there to pick up keys and you can go straight in without waiting. A little patience may be required. We use Dicks as they are very trustworthy with keys & they are open until the early hours of the morning. We have tried leaving keys in a letter box outside our office in the past but sadly this Is not a secure option and envelopes have gone missing

>	Running Late En-Route
	If you experience problems en-route to resort and think you may arrive after 8pm, please call Operations on 04 79 41 17 43 or 0617 07 47 13 BEFORE 8 pm to let us know. We can then put your keys in to Dicks Tea Bar (see above). If you are caught out after 8 pm, ring the emergency number (0617 07 47 13) and you will be given instructions regarding your key pick up. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESERVATIONS LINE IN THE UK. Please use the telephone numbers listed above.

	A damage deposit is payable on arrival. We accept VISA & Mastercard. This is payable at the office on key collection.
