The apartment faces South East so the main room & double bedroom enjoy the light streaming in throughout the day. The owner has taken great care to re-fit the property to his own specification to maximize space and comfort and new furnishings, curtains and carpet were added to the property last season. You get the feeling of space as you enter this property thanks to the shape and layout of the property.
Albaron is a residence on the Route de Balme, which is very close to the new cable car taking you up to the Bellevarde sector. It takes a few minutes to walk there and the town centre is about 5 mins max. The location is great.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with two lifts available off the entry hall and to the rear of the building.
Up on the 2nd floor of the residence, no 7 is at the quiet end of the corridor.
On entry, the property has a cupboard for outdoor coats and shoes. It opens to the main room with the kitchen, living and dining open plan.
As you can see from the picture, the kitchen comes with a 4 ring electric hob, separate full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge, kettle & toaster.
The dining table sits just below the kitchen in the open living/dining.
The living comprises a sofa that faces the TV with some freeview English channels (this is not the full Sky package) and stereo with a separate iPod docking station. An additional chair is available that sits in the corner in front of the large window.
The bedrooms are off the main room. The view from the double bed looks straight up to the slopes, so you can wake up to a stunning mountain view.
The bunk room is next door to the double. It is small and doesn’t have a window but does come with a set of bunks (full size single 90cm), pull out storage under the bottom bunk and a small chest of drawers.
The bathroom is modern with marble finish and tiled floors. It has a deep full size bath with a fitted rain shower head in the ceiling for anyone who prefers a shower. It also includes a WC, sink & heated towel rail.
There is a small balcony off the end of the main room facing South East.
