L'Aquila is a fabulous ski-in/out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area.  It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The property is located very close to the starting point of the bus routes to all Val d'Isere ski areas.

L’Aquila is the new name for the old Maeva building.  This apartment is generously proportioned (especially the master bedroom), a rare luxury in alpine properties.  The façade is a combination of wood and stone, in perfect keeping with the traditional architecture of Val d’Isere.  The balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks..

The bedrooms are well appointed with the spacious master suite upstairs offering plenty of storage as well as an en-suite bathroom with full size bath with a shower attachment, double sinks and a separate (but en-suite) WC.  A twin bedroom is also on this floor with a shower room including WC, that is also used for the twin bedroom located downstairs. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony. A separate 3rd WC is also  included downstairs off the entrance area.
