This has become one of our best sellers, and you can see why. No 4 occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of a small but smart residence located only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and Solaise lifts.
On entry you have plenty of space for ski coats, gloves, hats etc.. You then walk through to the main room with the kitchen straight ahead that has a dividing wall between the stairs (leading downstairs) and part of the sitting room. The kitchen has a large fridge, normal size oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all utensils. A large dining table capable of seating up to 10 people sits in the corner of the room at one end of the kitchen.
The sitting room houses 2 new modern sofas, 2 chairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player , Sonos music system and coffee table. The layout works well with each distinctive area flowing in to the other.
Off to the right after the entrance hall is a double bedroom. The bed is built in to the corner of the room so you can’t access it from both sides. The en-suite bathroom can be entered from either the bedroom or the hall side enabling use of the WC to house guests or visiting friends. The bathroom includes a large modern sink, WC and shower unit. It has plenty of storage and the décor is clean and modern.
A balcony is located off the dining end of the room that looks up towards the Solaise mountain sector. The view is filtered through trees that surround the building.
The lower level houses the master bedroom with shelving and good storage. The en-suite bathroom offers a full size bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and sink.
A separate WC is in the hallway just before you get to the twin room.
The larger of the two twin rooms is simple with hanging and storage space. Next door is the 2nd, smaller twin room as it is long and thin so you can’t place beds together. Beds are either end of the room.
Leading off this bedroom is the en-suite bathroom that includes a sunken bath at the far end, sink, heated towel rail, separate shower cubicle and WC. Both twin rooms have to use this bathroom.
There is plenty of light and windows on this floor.
The décor is modern with good quality materials and practical features making it ideal for rental.
