Pas de Boquetin is a small residence located on the main street. It has a bus stop just outside and the town centre is an easy 8 minutes walk away.
No 9 is on the top floor with a high ceiling in the main living/kitchen/dining room and the master bedroom, en-suite in the eaves.
The property comprises on entry a triple bedroom to the left. This has limited head height but you can stand up easily to the right of the beds. It is a long, thin room with 2 x singles and a double bed at the end. All beds are accessible one side only, as the picture shows.
Next door is the double bedroom with the bed against the wall, sky light and wardrobe.
A modern shower room is opposite this bedroom and includes a walk in shower, large stone sink and heated towel rail'
You then come to the main open plan living/kitchen/dining. The kitchen is equipped with a normal size oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, sink & under the counter fridge. The high work surface separates the kitchen from the rest of the room.
The living space is adjacent to the kitchen with a shaped sofa in the space that looks directly over to the far wall featuring a large flat screen TV with DVD player & stereo.
The dining table is at the far end of the main room by the fire place. This has been extended this summer to enlarge the space by 4 m2 providing more room for dining & the ability to now enjoy the fireplace. 2 lounge chairs are now positioned in front of the fire providing a cosy space to relax or read a book.
A staircase takes you up to the master bedroom in the eaves. To make maximum use of the space the double bed is positioned one side of the eves with limited head room when you get out of bed. The rest of the room has ample head height. The modern bathroom is en-suite with an oval bath, shower attachment, sink and a WC within the bathroom..
