Rond Point 12

Rond Point is a very popular location in Val d’Isere as it is at the foot of the ski slopes and a stones throw from the town centre.  You walk out of the residence door, cross the road and off you go.

Main room
On entry you are straight in to the main open plan room.  The fitted kitchen is to your left that includes granite worktops, stainless steel appliances including a single oven with grill, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, dishwasherdrawer, under counter fridge with ice box.

The living\dining is open to the kitchen with a small dining table with 4 stools that stowe under the table.  Free standing coffee table in front of the sofa that converts in to a bed if required.   Within the main living area is a built in storage cabinet to store bedding from the sofa bed and a wardrobe with space for some hanging, shelving and 3 drawers.  Open fronted shelving is also fitted above the sofa.  A balcony is accessed off this room and overlooks the street and up towards the Face de Bellevarde mountain.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a king double bed fitted within the width of the wall, as the photograph shows. This has ample space underneath for suitcase storage.  A small wardrobe with hanging space, shelving and a single drawer is also provided.  Coat pegs have also been fitted to the wall behind the door for additional hanging space.

Bathroom
A bath with a glass panel and wall mounted shower fitting sit to the left on entry with a Stark Duravit sink ahead + a wall mounted vanity unit.  The WC is to the right.

The use of space has been carefully considered with quality materials used and underfloor heating, Duravit bathroom fittings & heated towel rail etc..  to make this a comfortable property for 2 people.    

Despite the fact we offer the sofa bed for sleeping in addition to the double bedroom, we are licenced to rent this apartment for up to 2 people maximum.
