This has always been a popular property within our portfolio due to location and outstanding views. A balcony runs the length of the property and offers uninterrupted views up the Bellevarde mountain on to the Face. Under new ownership this property is being renovated this summer. The old twin bedroom downstairs is now where the kitchen was, the twin is now the kitchen and it has opened up even more than before. In addition to this, all bathrooms are new and the twin (or double) upstairs is slightly bigger than before with the bunk room next door being for max 2 people instead of the old 3 or 4. The whitewash, shabby chic look is still prevalent with grey furnishings and wooden floors throughout.
Located at the Rond Point area of Val d’Isere, the pistes are on the doorstep making it easy to start and end your ski day, not to mention getting children to ski school. Walking to the town centre takes a few minutes across the piste or you can hop on a bus that is free and regular at the Rond Point.
On entry to this ground floor apartment, you have a WC to your left followed by a utility room for coats, hats, gloves and shoes. This also houses a washing machine. The twin bedroom is further down on the left and looks out towards the piste with its own balcony. The kitchen is open plan to the main room and the dining & sitting room offer ample space for 6 people with comfortable, down sofa and chairs to match (one sofa and 2 armchairs).
Also included on the ground floor, just off the living/kitchen area is a shower room with basin and heated towel rail and WC. This serves the twin bedroom.
Upstairs includes a twin bedroom (with beds that can be pushed together and a double duvet is provided) with storage and the bunk bedroom is next door. This has 2 x standard single beds.
