This is a 3rd floor apartment in Val d'Isere, a perfect size for 4 people with the 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. The décor is cosy with blue Ligne Roset sofas, a leather chair, lots of wood and classic tiling in the bathrooms. 

‘Melezes’ is a residence a few minutes walk from the centre of Val d'isere and the Solaise & Bellevarde lifts & Olympique cable car. The vaulted ceiling and panoramic windows provide plenty of space and light. 

On entry you will find plenty of cupboard storage for coats with shelves for gloves and hats and a mat for outdoor shoes. Ski boots live in the boot room downstairs. 

As you can see by the pictures, the living/dining/kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring electric hob, oven, large fridge (with small freezer), dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the bonus of a washer/drier (all in one machine).

The dining table sits just in front of the kitchen with 6-8 seats and the balcony faces West, which can be accessed from the dining or living end of the room.

The TV has an internet box offering ample channels in numerous languages. 

Bedroom 1 - The beds are 2 x singles that can be a double by pushing together and using a double duvet.  Storage comprises a set of drawers and 1 fitted wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a full size bath with glass panel and wall mounted shower, sink with vanity unit for storage (no WC).

Bedroom 2 - This is a twin room with a chest of drawers and again, a built in wardrobe. Beds measure 80 cm x 190 cm. 

This bedroom has the use of a separate shower room with sink and heated towel rail directly opposite the room. 

The separate WC is located at the end of the corridor, around the corner so it feels quite private to the rest of the apt.
