Location:  La Balme is a residence on the Route de Balme in Val d'Isere, which is very close to the Bellevarde cable car and main Solaise lift.  It takes a few minutes to walk there and Val d'Isere town centre is about 5 mins max.  The location is great. 

The Property

This is a great property for up to 4 people with an entry hall that leads to the kitchen that has a black granite counter top, full size oven, 4 ring hob, 4 slot toaster, kettle, cafetière, under the counter fridge (no freezer compartment), washing machine and separate tumble dryer. 

The dining table sits off to the right of the kitchen and at the end of the living space.  It seats 4 comfortably with space and chairs for up to 6 people.

The living space has a leather L shaped sofa, club chair and wall mounted new smart TV with IPTV options (all nationality channels, catch up TV and an extensive library). 

The windows have blinds at the push of a button. 

Bedroom 1; a twin bedroom with 2 wall to ceiling wadrobes both with hanging and ample shelving plus a separate chest of drawers.  All windows have blinds at the push of a button. 

Bedroom 2; a double room with a double bed built in against the wall (regular double measuring 140 cm wide).  It has 2 wardrobes for hanging space and one with wall to ceiling shelving.  The window has a blind at the push of a button. 

The bathroom is a shower room with sink & WC. 

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, up 3 flights of small stairs as there is no lift in this building.  It is (honestly) easy and not a problem.  We can always help you with your bags too on arrival.

Parking is provided on a first come basis outside the property and the ski room is on the ground floor.
