This 2nd floor 3 bedroom/bathroom property is located on the quiet back road parallel to the main street of Val d’Isere, this offers a peaceful location for anyone looking for a luxury ski home away from the noise of the town center.  To go skiing you can either make the short walk to the slopes or catch the bus (the free bus runs all day, regularly) which stops close to the apartment.    The town centre is an easy 6 minute stroll.

On entry to the apartment you have ample space for outdoor coats and shoes whilst your skis and boots live in the ski locker downstairs that includes a pre. programmed boot warmer.

The kitchen is slightly separate to the main open plan space giving you some separation from kitchen/dining & living.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available to purchase in our office).   

The dining table can seat up to 10 people comfortably allowing you to spread out or entertain friends and family.

2 large, sumptuous sofas sit in the living area plus two cow hide armchairs, wall mounted TV and access to the balcony. The  fireplace is positioned between the living and dining area with a glass door that can slide up or hinge open.  Wood is included in the cost of your holiday. 

The master bedroom (king size bed) en-suite has ample storage, a separate bath plus separate shower, WC, double basins and heated towel rail.    

Next door is a twin or double room.  The beds can be used as 2 x singles or zipped together as a double.  The bathroom for this bedroom is opposite across the corridor and includes a shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.  

The 3rd bedroom is a twin or double (single beds that can be zipped together as a double)  with an en-suite bathroom comprising shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.  

Underground parking is provided for 2 vehicles and the ski room is located downstairs within the building.
