A third floor apartment in a popular location a short walk from the heart of town. This is one of our more basic properties but the prices reflect this and it offers good value for money for up to 6 people.
It comprises a double bed upstairs that sits above the downstairs kitchen/dining and 2nd sitting area. The double bed is one end that includes a waist height shelving cabinet to divide the room and the sitting area the other. The picture should speak for itself. This bright room includes 4 new comfortable chairs, a TV with DVD player only (so the TV is not hooked up to the French TV system) and coffee table. Most people use this area to relax in with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes.
Downstairs includes on entry, plenty of space to hang coats and for shoes, ski jackets. The downstairs bedroom is off the hallway that has a built in double bed with a single bed above it, providing several sleeping options for guests. It does have a window and ample storage. It also has a cupboard underneath to house bags & suit cases during your stay.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment & sink and the WC is separate.
The open plan living/kitchen/dining has one sofa that can be converted to two singles if necessary.
The dining table has built in seats and the kitchen is a small kitchenette but fully equipped with a hob, fridge, dishwasher.
There is a South facing balcony off the open plan room that gives the property plenty of light as well as offering you the chance to catch some winter rays!
