A very private stand-alone building with parking in a fantastic location right in town but private enough to be independent.  Either walk up past our office to start your ski day that takes minutes or if you are feeling lazy hop on a bus to go skiing as the nearest bus stop is a stones throw from the building entrance.  

Close to skiing, shops, bars, restaurants & the bus stop (if you don't want to walk).  

An apartment on the 2nd floor of the building that is exactly the same floor plan as the 1st floor apt. below but the fireplace is a proper, wood burning fire. 

The entrance opens in to the property with a wardrobe and space for outdoor shoes off to the right. Next to this is the laundry room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. 

The kitchen is off to the left as you enter the property and includes everything you need with all mod cons.  

The floor opens up to the main living/dining area with the dining table on the left hand side with the sofa and living are the other side of the room.  This includes a wall mounted TV with a wood burning fireplace. 

The master suite has the bedroom one end and a spacious bathroom with a freestanding oval bath, separate shower and double sinks with storage.  The WC is by the door within the bathroom. 

The 2 other bedrooms are down the corridor.  

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower and sink. 

Bedroom 3 is a twin room, with en-suite shower and sink and they both share a WC just outside between the 2 bedrooms.  

Each property comes with parking for 1 vehicle as there are 2 indoor spaces and 2 outdoor spaces so it is a first come basis for the 4 apts. who gets the indoor v outdoor spacs. 

Ski locker and boot warmers in the lower ground floor and balconies on each floor.
