Apt. No 1 is on the ground and lower ground floor of the building and comprises:
Ground Floor
An entrance hall with hanging and space for all your outdoor shoes and coats. This leads in to the main room with the open plan kitchen to your left and dining ahead and off to the right with a small seating area at the far end.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and the dining table seats 6-8 people. .
The terrace is accessed off the dining room and has a set of table and chairs. The view is up to the Face de Bellevarde.
Bedroom 1 is on this floor with an en-suite shower with sink and the WC is next door.
A staircase takes you downstairs to the lower floor.
Lower floor
This floor includes the living room, the master bedroom and other twin room.
The living room has a large sofa and 2 chairs that face the TV wall that includes a Smart TV giving access to Netflix and many other channels. It also has a modern faux fireplace that is remote controlled.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower, sink, WC and separate large oval bath and storage/dressing area included.
Bedroom 3 is a twin with an en-suite shower with sink & WC off to the left and a dressing area is around the corner and within the bedroom itself.
The laundry room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer is off the living room.
Each property comes with parking for 1 vehicle as there are 2 indoor spaces and 2 outdoor spaces so it is a first come basis for the 4 apts. who gets the indoor v outdoor spacs.
Ski locker and boot warmers in the lower ground floor and balconies on each floor.
