How to book

1. If you would like to book a property, please complete our booking form on line at http://www.mountainrooms.com/booking-form

2. We will then confirm the booking back to you along with the invoice for your accommodation. A 30% non-refudable deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. 

3. Prices are quoted in £ and payments can be made either by bank transfer to our UK account or by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or Carte Bleue.  

4. You have 5 days to settle the 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking from the date we confirm the booking and issue the invoice.   

5. We contact you 8-10 weeks prior to your arrival to remind you the balance is due and the same payment process applies. 

6.  We also contact you just prior to your arrival to ask about bed make up, lift pass requirements, transfer details if needed, provisions and anything else we can help you with to make your holiday special. 

Please include your invoice number when making the payment in order for us to reconcile it our end.​
