On arrival in Val d'Isere please come to the Mountain Rooms & Chalets office to collect your keys and pay your damage deposit. We are located in The 4 Property office (see map below). You will see a large 4 Property sign on the wall outside the office. We will then direct you to your property. If you are going to a 'Scatered' chalet, please also check in at the office and we will direct you to your property.
8.30 am - 8pm Saturdays
8.30 am - midday & 3.30 pm - 8pm all other days of the week.
We endeavour to clean and change over properties as early in the day as possible so that arrivals can move in to their property immediately. However, there must be a benchmark, which is the standard 4 pm check-in time. Bear with us!
We reserve the right to restrict access to your property until 4 pm if necessary.
A damage deposit is payable on arrival. We accept VISA & Mastercard. This is payable at the office on key collection.

If you think you will arrive after 8pm, please ensure Reservations know this prior to your arrival. We have a lock box outside the office where an envelope with full instructions, keys and an emergency number can be left for your collection.

Running Late En-Route
If you experience problems en-route to resort and think you may arrive after 8pm, please call Operations on 04 80 985 008 ext 109 before 8 pm to let us know. We can then put your keys in our lock box outside the office.
If you are caught out after 8 pm, ring the emergency number (0617 07 4713) and you will be given the lock box code to pick up your envelope.
