This is a light, bright, recently renovated apartment finished to an exceptional high standard.

Albaron is a residence on the Route de Balme, which is very close to the new cable car taking you up to the Bellevarde sector. It takes a few minutes to walk there and the town centre is about 5 mins max. The location is great. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a lift available off the entry hall.

The Property
The pictures should hopefully speak for themselves as this apartment has been lovingly renovated to a modern, high spec and the result is a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment suitable for a couple or up to 4 people.

As you enter the property you are in to the main room that offers open plan living.  The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest and greatest appliances, including 2 x Miele ovens, a 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine with built in dryer, large fridge with separate freezer, kettle, toaster and all the pots and pans you need in a self catered property.

Dining is at the breakfast bar, including 4 stools and there is no additional dining table.

The apartment has 2 x double sofa beds, one at the end of the property facing the French TV with DVD player and stereo system and the other off the kitchen area (as shown in the picture). All windows have automatic blinds that you can activate for night time. 

Despite having two sofa beds, this property is licensed & insured for up to 4 people only so we cannot permit 6 people occupancy.

The bathroom is modern with a Philippe Stark deep bath and separate shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and WC.   The water is supplied by the building, so no hot water tanks to worry about!

The double bedroom has plenty of storage and a comfortable double bed.

There is a small balcony off the end of the main room facing South East.
