Located at the quieter lower end of town in the Crystallines building, this 37 m² ground-floor apartment offers a simple, functional base for a seasonal stay. Everything is on one level, with a straightforward layout and easy access.

The entrance has coat hooks and opens into the main living space, which includes the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. From here, you can step out onto a small balcony for some outdoor space.

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, Nespresso machine (capsules available from our office), toaster, two-ring electric hob, small dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and a compact microwave-style oven.

The dining table seats four, while the living area features two sofas – one of which is a sofa bed with a pull-out single underneath, forming two singles or a joined double. A Smart TV is positioned near the kitchen area.

The bedroom has a standard French double bed (140 cm wide) and good storage.

The bathroom includes a sink, heated towel rail, and a bath with a glass panel and wall-mounted shower. There’s a separate WC located in the hallway.

The apartment also includes one underground parking space and is easily accessible, being on the ground floor.

This is not being rented for 4 people for the season.  2 people with ocassional guests.
