This is a bright, 3 bedroom apartment in a recent development in Val d'Isere. The major appeal of this building is the quiet location,on the back road, parallel to the main street of Val d'Isere,  with the bus stop on your doorstep to come and go from the slopes. The free bus is the main artery of the resort, allowing easy access to all areas of the vast skiing area. The town centre is an easy 5 minute walk with a number of highly popular restaurants and bars on the way. There is a Spar supermarket next door to the building which is incredibly convenient.

Cygnaski is a modern apartment with an open plan dining and living that faces up towards the Solaise sector.  You can see the mountains from both the sitting room and the master bedroom and both have access to a balcony that includes seating to soak up the sun mid and late season. 

On entry you have a great space for outdoor shoes and coats but skis & ski boots go in the ski locker on the boot heaters located on the ground floor. 

Turn to the left, you come to the open plan room with modern zinc dining table and upholstered chairs for 8 people. 

The seating area has a large L shape sofa plus one lounge chair. Plus a wall mounted smart TV loaded with Netflix and Amazon.  

The kitchen is just off this area with a large fridge with separate 3 door freezer, microwave, tall cupboard with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. 4 slot toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher , 4 ring induction hob, oven. 

Master = double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath (has shower attachment but no glass panel), sink, WC and heated towel rail. Balcony off master bedroom with table and chairs., 2 storage cupboards; 1 tall one with shelves x 5 and 1 x wardrobe.  Ample storage for a ski holiday. It also has a wall mounted TV above a dressing table with chair.

The bunk room has 2 x sets of bunks, 1 either side of the entry area but this bedroom has no window.  It is small but perfectly suitable for children.  It also has 1 x shelf cupboard and a drawer under each bed (2 in total) 

Next door is a large loo with sink and some baskets for storing ski gloves and laundry basket plus a heated towel rail for drying ski clothes. 

Further down the corridor is the family shower room with a shower cubicle, 1 large sink, & a second heated towel rail. 

The last room at the end of the corridor is the twin bedroom.  The 2 x single beds can be joined together for a double and it also has a balcony off this with table and 2 chairs., a TV is wall mounted plus 2 x wardrobes; 1 hanging, 1 shelves. 

Please note all TV's come with Smart TV and Netflix.
