This stylish, 65 sq m loft-inspired apartment offers a unique and contemporary base for your ski holiday. With an industrial-chic design softened by natural light and thoughtful details, it’s perfect for those who appreciate modern aesthetics and clever use of space.

Located on the main street of Val d'isere, the town centre is less than 5 minutes walk or alternatively a regular free bus operates from outside the building for access to town and the slopes. 

On the 2nd floor of the residence, on entry there is generous storage for coats and shoes, plus ski boots and a separate laundry cupboard with both a washing machine and separate tumble dryer for your convenience. This opens in to the apartment separated by a door.  

The open-plan layout features a dining alcove surrounded by windows, flooding the space with light and comfortably seating six around the table.  

The kitchen centres around a stainless steel island with bar stools and includes all the essentials for self-catering: a full-size oven, 4-ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available at our office), kettle, and toaster.

The double-height living area is both airy and inviting, with an L-shaped sofa, other occasional seating and a wall-mounted smart TV - ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200), generous storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, glass panel, overhead rainshower as well as adjustable height shower fitting, sink, WC and heated towel rail.

The second double bedroom also has a king-size bed (180 x 200) with storage available underneath - perfect for bags & suitcaes.  It has characterful exposed beams—guests should note the slightly restricted headroom in this room, visible in the photos.

A flexible third room can be used as a home office, TV/movie lounge (with wall-mounted TV), or a third bedroom using the two single fold-out beds provided (90 x 190). The room also has a small fitted wardrobe with shelf.

A separate shower room with sink and WC and heated towel rail is available for guests using the second and third bedrooms.
