This property was totally renovated to transform it in to a comfortable, stylish and great value for money ski apartment for up to 4 people. 

Located in La Daille, this gives you direct access to the Bellevarde sector by walking (2 mins max) out of the building to the new, high speed gondola.  Grab your skis from the ground floor ski room and off you go. 

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the slopes and an aspect that gives plenty of light to the property and direct views. 

On entry, a hallway gives you plenty of space for outdoor shoes and ski boots and a wardrobe for all coats and ski kit. The open plan main room comprises a fully equipped kitchen (4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave), quartz work surface and everything you need for cooking whilst in residence.  The dining is modern with a high table and 4 stools and sits just opposite the kitchen area.   

The far end of the room is the living area with a sofa and lounge chair to sit and relax and enjoy the view.  It has a wall mounted smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Android.  For music you have a bluetooth/wifi speaker and a separate radio/clock with an iPod docking station on it. 

The sofa converts to a double sofa bed if needed to house up to 4 people max.  A curtain at the entrance to the main room gives privacy for anyone sleeping on the sofa.  

The bathroom has a bath with a glass panel, wall mounted shower attachment, sink & WC. 

The bedroom has new Sealy twin beds that zip together for a double if required plus storage and bedside tables.  

A separate cupboard just off the kitchen houses the washing machine and cleaning materials. 

All the corridors and lift and lockers in the residence are brand new.

There is very limited outdoor parking which is on a first come basis.
