This one bedroom property is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building (with lift) on the main street of Val d’Isere. 

The town centre is located less than 5 minutes walk up the road or there is a regular shuttle that runs every 4/5 minutes (the Train Rouge) that leaves from outside the building for access to town and the slopes.

This property has everything you need for a season.  

The living & dining area is bright with large windows providing excellent sound and heat insulation, facing South and offering a view of the Solaise mountain sector.  The space is both welcoming and comfortable with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for the occasional guest.  There is an additional chair and a rectangular dining table that seats four. 

All mod cons are included such as a 32 inch flat screen internet enabled Samsung TV (with extra large satellite dish), free Wifi internet connection, DVD player and satellite channels (including Netflix)  together with a bluetooth enabled speaker for phone/ipad/tablet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a small eye level oven, separate microwave, dishwasher and fridge, a recently new 2 ring induction hob, kettle and toaster. A small hatch overlooks the dining table.

The bathroom has a full size bath, wall mounted shower attachment, sink & heated towel rail. The WC is separate.

One easily accessible, dedicated underground parking space comes with the property, as does a ski locker.

The closest laundry facility is literally next door to the Val d'illaz building in Portillo, making it simple & convenient to do your weekly laundry.  

We recommend this property for maximum 2 adults for the season with, (as mentioned above) the facility to have the odd guests (2 maximum) using the sofa bed.    

Please note:  the free use of a cot and high chair is also available with this property.  Linen or bedding is included. Both items are provided by the owner and available on request.
