We have several apartments on this floor.All generously proportioned, a rare luxury in alpine properties. 

No 102 is on one floor offering an open plan sitting room with a double sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs one side and the dining area the other. The table seats 6 people comfortably. A balcony is accessed from the sitting room & master bedroom looking towards the Bellevarde or Solaise mountain sectors.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath, shower attachment, sink & WC. The second bedroom is a cabine (no window) with twin beds, storage and an en-suite shower room. The separate WC is just outside the bathroom off the entry hall.If you are a party of 6 people, the double sofa bed in the sitting room can be used.

The TV is IPTV so using the internet and it offers all nationalities, catch up TV, and a film library. 

Parking is underground for 1 vehicle.
