L'Aquila is a fabulous property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants.

We have several apartments on this floor.All generously proportioned, a rare luxury in alpine properties. The façade is a combination of wood and stone, in perfect keeping with the traditional architecture of Val d'Isère, and the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks. No 102 is on one floor offering an open plan sitting room with a double sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs one side and the dining area the other. The table seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is open to this main room and includes a 4 ring hob, normal size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine/tumble dryer (combo machine), large fridge with small freezer & dishwasher.

A balcony is accessed from the sitting room & master bedroom looking towards the Bellevarde or Solaise mountain sectors.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath, shower attachment, sink & WC. The second bedroom is a cabine (no window) with twin beds, storage and an en-suite shower room. The separate WC is just outside the bathroom off the entry hall.If you are a party of 6 people, the double sofa bed in the sitting room can be used.
