L'Aquila is a fabulous ski in/out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The property is located very close to the starting point of the bus routes to all Val d’Isere ski areas.

No 107 is a large apartment with a chalet feel comprising two floors. The entrance to the apartment is on the 1st floor with an entry hall and cupboards for all ski coats and gloves etc… that leads through to bedrooms 1,2,3 and the wooden staircase to the upper floor.
Bedroom 1, the Master Suite – this is a spacious master bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes and a dressing table and chair. There is also a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a full size whirlpool/Jacuzzi bath and double sinks sit next to the bath with a separate shower unit in the opposite corner and a WC in between the sink & shower. A balcony can be accessed from this bedroom that offers piste side views.
Bedroom 2 also has piste side views and is a large room containing three single beds which can be set up in a number of different ways. It could be used as a triple, or as either a double or twin with the third bed made up as a day bed. The en-suite bathroom has a full size bath fitted with a glass panel & wall mounted shower attachment, large sink & WC. It also has a large flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 3 can be set up as either a double or a twin. It does not have a window but this is not really noticeable. The room is cosy and well-appointed with a built-in wardrobe, a small wall-mounted flat-screen TV with built-in DVD (excellent for keeping the kids quiet in the evening), and a good-sized en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower unit and WC.
Upstairs is the open plan sitting room with several chairs and sofas, suitable to entertain up to 8 people. The sitting room has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with UK SKY and DVD, as well as a micro hi-fi sound system. A number of English board games have been supplied by the owner. The dining area is part of the room, positioned in front of you on the left as you come up the stairs, close to the kitchen, and has a combination of bench and chair seating for 8 people. The modern kitchen is to your right, and has a breakfast bar set up with three bar stools. It is well equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, large fridge, normal size electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
A balcony is accessed from the sitting room looking up at the Solaise and across the nursery slope to the village, the same aspect as the balcony downstairs. A further balcony facing in the same direction is found off the 4th bedroom which is also on this floor.
Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom that is more suitable as a double set up as the beds are so close together (fitting in between the built-in wardrobes either side). It also has a wall mounted small flat-screen TV with built in DVD player. The en-suite facility comprises a shower unit, sink, WC and heated towel rail. This bedroom has its own balcony looking out across the slopes to the village.
The owner of the property has also supplied a substantial travel cot for the use of those guests with very small children. Guests have the use of the property’s ski locker situated on the ground floor, which has built-in racks for skis as well as heated boot racks.
