L'Aquila is a fabulous property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area of Val d'Isere. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants.

No 202 is on the 2nd floor offering an open plan sitting room and the dining area opposite the kitchen. The table seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is open to this main room and includes a 4 ring hob, oven, large fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher & washing machine/tumble dryer (combo machine).

A balcony is accessed from the sitting room & master bedroom looking towards the Bellevarde or Solaise mountain sectors.

The master bedroom with Queen size bed, is en-suite with a bath, shower attachment, sink, WC & heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds (no window), wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The separate WC is just outside the bathroom off the entry hall.

We rent this property for a maximum of 4 people .

The UK TV is freesat so not all Sky channels. The parking is underground with 1 space available.

Please note that the ski room has boot warmers but these DO NOT work ; it is an ongoing dispute with the management company of the entire residence.
