Les Choucas is a fabulous private residence in the heart of Val d'Isere. It is a short walk up to the piste and you are right in town, convenient for shopping, bars, restaurants and with supermarkets on your doorstep.  However, noise is not a problem as the property is set well back from the high street.

Les Choucas has been developed by an experienced Parisian developer who has many prestigious chalets & apartment buildings under his belt. This is a good quality build and probably one of the most popular buildings on town. 

On the 1st floor with 1 underground parking space provided, ski room with boot warmers and coded entrance for security.

Entrance 

Bench seat, wall hooks and space for outdoor shoes is all important in a ski property.  Also a separate WC with sink is located on entry to the apartment. 

Kitchen/living/dining

Kitchen – is beautifully appointed with stone work tops, a full size oven with grill, 4 ring electric hob, separate microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer (one machine), kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine.

The dining area is in front of the kitchen with a full length built in bench seat and the table will seat 6-8 people  comfortably.

For those who need to work during their stay, a desk sits behind one of the sofas in the living area with a view directly out to the balcony.  

Living - a very comfortable sitting area with 2 sofas and armchair, TV with UK freeview as well as French TV and Free Wi-Fi internet connection.  A spacious balcony with table & chairs is accessed from the sitting room. For anyone who needs to work or study whilst on holiday, a desk is provided in the corner of this room.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Bedroom 1. This is the master suite situated off the main living room. This has a queen double bed and en-suite bathroom including a full size bath with shower head, glass screen & wall mounted shower head, sink, WC and heated towel rail. There is plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobes and shelves.

Bedroom 2. A twin bedroom with good storage and a separate small balcony.

 A separate shower room with sink, WC and heated towel rail services this bedroom and the cabine bunk room as described below. 

Bedroom 3. The bunk room is a small cabine and it doesn’t have a window. It is an open room with built in 80 cm x 200 cm single beds, a curtain in place of a door and is ideal for 2 children or the beds can sleep adults comfortably.
