This our 4th apartment in this small Val d'Isere residence. Such a popular building as it is so close to the slopes coupled with the fact all the apartments are spacious & light. It is one of the best locations in Val d'Isere as the shops & bars/restaurants are just around the corner and the slopes are 30 seconds walk from your front door. Noise has never been an issue either.
No 10 is on the 2nd floor (opposite our No 9) and comprises 2 floors:
On entry to the property you have two bedrooms off to the left and the hallway leads down to the main room on your right. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with storage and drawers.
Opposite bedroom 1, this is another double room with plenty of storage.
Opposite the front door is the first bathroom. This includes a full size bath with a shower attachment. But in addition there is a wet area with a shower and glass panel (wet area = no actual shower base, the floor slopes down to a drain).
This floor has a separate WC with a small wash basin.
A new kitchen has been fitted to modernise the apartment with white cabinets and dark work surfaces.
The main room is built for open plan living and includes a log fireplace with plenty of seating for reading & relaxing. Wood is included in the price of all holidays to enable you to make the most of this wonderful feature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring electric hob, large fridge (small freezer), dishwasher & kettle, Nespresso machine. The dining table sits in front of the kitchen with a circular table with ample seating for everyone.
Upstairs is accessed off the living area with an open staircase leading to a mezzanine with a sofa/quiet area or ideal play area for children. The stairs are protected with a child stairguard at the top.
The quad room has a bunk bed and 2 x large single beds. Ample space making this floor ideal for the children.
The mezzanine outside the quad room is an ideal play area with a desk & chair and a sofa (that can be used as a sofa bed if you don’t want 4 people in the bunk room). It also has a chaise and large French TV.
Despite the availability of the sofa bed, we are licensed to rent this property for up to 8 people max.
This is a shower room next to the bunk room including a WC & basin.
Balcony & views
There is a balcony off the living room that overlooks the Solaise & Bellevarde sector of the Espace Killy. The view is breathtaking.
Parking is outside the building and you have 1 space per property.
