Apartment in Val d'Isere.  3-bedroom/bathroom ground floor apartment in a very central location with amazing views. The slopes are less than a minutes walk from your front door and you have shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars just around the corner. 

We have a number of properties in this building and they are always popular due to location, layout and practicality.  They all make the perfect property for your ski holiday in Val d'Isere.

The main spacious living room is open plan with 2 comfortable sofas, a SMART TV with freeview UK channels, stereo and access to the large South facing terrace with views up the Solaise and Bellevarde mountain sector.   It also has a small drinks fridge in the corner, ideal to keep stocks away from the large fridge in the kitchen.   

The dining table sits in front of the kitchen with a combination of chair & bench seating.  

The kitchen has stone counter tops, large fridge, separate 3 drawer freezer, 4 ring electric hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules sold in our office), toaster & kettle.

The terrace off the living room looks up towards the Solaise and Bellevarde sector and makes sitting in the sun so much more enjoyable. 

Bedroom 1; double room with ample storage and it's own dedicated shower room with sink & WC.  

Bedroom 2; to the right as you enter the property a double or twin bedroom with plenty of storage and with an en-suite shower & sink (no WC).  

Bedroom 3; twin or double room with ample storage and a bathroom opposite the hall, dedicated to this bedroom. It has a bath with glass panel and wall mounted shower attachment, double sinks and heated towel rail.  A separate WC is in the hallway too. 

Of all our Santons, this has the biggest kitchen. 

There is a ski locker in the basement of the building that is locked at all times and in the apartment (in the entrance hall) a ski boot warmer for 5 pairs of boots. 

Laundry facilities include a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.  

Exterior parking is included for 1 vehicle.
