Squaw Valley

Squaw Valley is in one of the best locations in Val d'Isere.  

Right by the piste, in the pretty old town, Squaw Valley is a smart residence just by the Church. It is a short hop across the road to the piste and you are right in town, close to all amenities.   In Val d'Isere you can’t get any more convenient than this. 

The apartment is on the 1st floor with parking in the basement (for 1 vehicle) and a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. 

The main room is open plan with the kitchen off to the right that includes a 4 ring electric hob, oven, large fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine.  The dining table sits in front of the open plan kitchen with a table that seats 8.  

The sitting area is at the far end of this room with L shaped sofa facing the TV, a lounge chair with footstool and a leather club chair.   

The bedrooms are down the corridor with the double bunk room being the first on the right.  This has 2 sets of bunk beds allowing up to 4 people to sleep in this room.  It also has a wardrobe for storage.

The new double room is next door with a standard double (140 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe.  

The master is at the end of the corridor (a few stairs lead down to this room) with the en-suite bathroom to the left and the bedroom to the right.  The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, sink & WC and the bedroom houses a double bed with bedside tables and storage. 

The separate shower room is next to the other 2 bedrooms with the separate WC opposite. 

It is also useful for those with younger children to note that the apartment has a Stokke high chair, travel cot with mattress and children's cutlery available

The property has a large balcony accessed from the main open plan living/kitchen/dining room and also from the bunk & master bedrooms.  This gives a peek of the mountains as it looks up towards the slopes.
